Easy to Buy

Printingforless.com gets it right! 

They make it easy for me to buy - how?  Last month we ordered 500 custom book-marks to send out with our new Pocket Performance Specs for Themoplastics Books (4th Edition).  We're about to run out, so I went to Printingforless.com to reorder more.

When I got to the site, they asked if I could recall my previous order number which I quickly found in my eMail folders.  After entering the order number and clicking submit, it brought up my previous order and since it was an exact reprint of a previous order, they gave me a 20% discount.

They made it easy because they remembered my order, remembered my billing info and best of all made everything readily available.  24 hours after submitting my reprint order, I had a proof to review and after accepting, I was given options of shipping (standard, 2-day, etc...).  They even had a handy calendar that showed when our Bookmarks would be printed, the date they would be shipped and even the date we could expect to receive them.

I like 'easy-to-buy' and so does everyone else.  How can you make it easier for your customers to buy more?
